Warranty policy for Snow and OuterwearUpdated 2 months ago

Quiksilver’s snow outerwear and accessories are warranted against manufacturer defects pertaining to the workmanship of the product for a period of 2 years from the original purchase date. Workmanship refers to the way the product has been assembled e.g. stitching, sewn seams, attached trims.

To be eligible under the Snow Warranty Program, the original purchased item must be from our official online storefront (www.Quiksilver.com).

What this snow warranty does not cover

The Snow Warranty Program does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear, damages related to accident, alteration of product, improper care and/or negligence, improper fit, or the natural wear and tear or breakdown of colors and materials over time. Damages incurred from impact with trees, hard-pack snow, chair lift equipment, elements and objects associated with snow activities are not covered by warranty. Products used consistently in certain conditions and exposed to the elements are going to show wear and tear at a faster rate than those used indoors and/or less frequently. The following is not covered under warranty and will make the product ineligible for warranty coverage under the Snow Warranty Program: the use of bleaches, wash additives, dry cleaning, over drying, and/or the failure to properly wash product.

The decision to repair, replace, or reject is made at the discretion of Quiksilver based upon an examination of the product and proof of purchase. Products within the warranty will always first be repaired as this is the most responsible and sustainable option. If the product is unable to be repaired, then a replacement will be provided at the discretion of the Quiksilver Warranty Team. Repaired or replaced items are a continuation of the original warranty, and do not create a new warranty timeline.
